Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Ma Plaque SPRL and its customers.

Article 2 - Services

Ma Plaque offers Z-plate, breakdown assistance, vehicle transport, wreck removal, vehicle delivery, pound recovery and administrative assistance services.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including 21% VAT. Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle type and the urgency of the intervention.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment can be made by Bancontact, bank card, PayPal or bank transfer. Payment is due upon booking or after the service, as agreed.

Article 5 - Cancellation

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of the intervention. Late cancellations may incur cancellation fees.

Article 6 - Liability

Ma Plaque is insured for all services offered. In the event of damage during transport, our professional insurance will cover the necessary repairs.

Article 7 - Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
